No, we do not create a return label.

Our philosophy is based on fairness and transparency towards all our customers. For this reason, we bear the costs for shipping to you and you bear the costs for return shipping, e.g. for selected orders etc.

We firmly believe that this practice is fair because it allows us to keep prices low for all our customers. If we were to cover the cost of return shipping, we would have to factor this additional expense into our prices, which would ultimately be more expensive for all customers. This is not our idea of ​​fairness.

Refunds

  • Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will issue the refund immediately. This usually only takes a few days.

  • For orders over €30.00 we deliver FREE of charge within Germany.
  • For orders over €50.00 we deliver FREE of charge to Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Spain & Hungary and, thanks to DHL GoGreen, we deliver in a climate-friendly manner.
  • Delivery always takes place from Monday to Saturday with our shipping partners DHL, Deutsche Post

Please note that for orders from Switzerland, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are not included in our prices; the sale is exclusive of duties.
