We offer the following payment options in the store:

You can also shop in the online shop + store and pick up your order to pay, for example, by Klarna invoice.

With PayPal you can pay easily, quickly and securely at Hotti24.de. Select "PayPal" as the payment method in our ordering process. Then log into your personal PayPal account with your email address and PayPal password and confirm the payment amount.

If you choose PayPal Express, you will be redirected from our shopping cart page directly to PayPal and log in there with your login details. Check your address details here. You can then check and confirm your order on our order confirmation page. We will immediately receive a payment confirmation from PayPal and can process your order immediately.

Paying with PayPal is always free for you.

Yes, you can pay via Klarna by invoice / Pay Now / Sofort Überweisung.

Payments on account are processed entirely by Mollie. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the rejection or approval of the purchase on account.

Klarna purchase on account: Payment to Klarna is only made after receipt of the goods. The invoice will then be sent to you directly by email from Klarna. You have 14 days from the invoice date to pay it.

Klarna Sofortüberweisung: Pay for your purchase immediately after completing your order using your usual online banking details.

  • Or is the plain code from the system email enough for you? Then you can start immediately – the voucher is ready to use 💌

  • The voucher is valid for 3 years from the order date.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.

You can order from us faster and easier in your customer account because your delivery address is saved, thus saving you time.

You also have an overview of all orders placed and can see the current shipping status of your order.

Yes, you can order in our online shop as a guest and do not have to register as a customer. To do this, you fill in all the required information during the ordering process without it being saved.

If you have already ordered as a guest, no customer account exists and you therefore cannot log in.

If you have a customer account, you can request the password using the “Forgot password” function. You will then receive a new request to the email address you provided.

Please note that your contact details will be stored for two years in order to process the order and to handle any warranty claims and returns. Booking receipts, orders, payment receipts and correspondence are stored for 6 years in accordance with the statutory retention periods under Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and for 10 years under Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO).

DISCOUNT CODES

Your gift voucher can be used in combination with your discount code.

Simply enter the codes one after the other in the “Gift voucher or discount code” field.
Please note that only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Depending on the conditions of this discount code, some items may be excluded from the discount (e.g. sale items, certain collections, etc.)

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years.

Discount codes always have an individual validity, which is published with the discount code.

Once your purchase is complete, it is no longer possible to deduct a discount retroactively. However, you are welcome to use the voucher/discount code on your next Hotti24 order.

No, you can only use a discount code once per person and per order. Our voucher codes cannot be combined, so you cannot enter more than one per order.

SHIPMENT

  • For orders over €30.00 we deliver FREE of charge within Germany.
  • For orders over €50.00 we deliver FREE of charge to Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Spain & Hungary and, thanks to DHL GoGreen, we deliver in a climate-friendly manner.
  • Delivery always takes place from Monday to Saturday with our shipping partners DHL, Deutsche Post

No, we do not create a return label.

Our philosophy is based on fairness and transparency towards all our customers. For this reason, we bear the costs for shipping to you and you bear the costs for return shipping, e.g. for selected orders etc.

We firmly believe that this practice is fair because it allows us to keep prices low for all our customers. If we were to cover the cost of return shipping, we would have to factor this additional expense into our prices, which would ultimately be more expensive for all customers. This is not our idea of ​​fairness.

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the package without giving any reason.
