Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Reitsport von Nüx GmbH, Nüxei 4, 37441 Bad Sachsa/Nüxei, Phone no.: +49 152 / 36 174 174, Email address: Hallo@Hotti24.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is not mandatory.

You can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website (https://www.hotti24.de). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion or Expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

- for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
