𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: Prefer hand wash: It is best to hand wash your cashmere sweater. Use cold to lukewarm water and a special detergent for wool or cashmere. Gently soak the sweater, moving it slightly in the water without rubbing or wringing.

𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗵: If you want to machine wash the sweater, be sure to select the wool wash cycle or a special program for delicate textiles. Use a laundry net and carefully place the sweater inside to avoid friction. Also use a wool or cashmere detergent and set the machine to a low spin speed.
