KEP inner paddings correspond to the rider's head circumference. The KEP Italia padding is made in one piece, making it easy to remove and reinsert into the helmet.

The padding is adapted to the rider's head circumference, so that when riding with hair open or tied back, paddings of different sizes can be exchanged as desired. This also proves to be very advantageous for children in the growth phase as their heads get bigger. This way, parents don't have to buy a new helmet every time, but can simply replace the inner padding.
