By properly caring for your riding helmet and inlay, you can ensure it provides optimal protection for a long time.

**Cleaning**
• **Outer Shell:** Remove dirt with a soft cloth or brush. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and allow to dry.
• **Inner Padding:** Wash removable pads by hand or in a washing machine with mild detergent, then allow to dry. Clean non-removable pads with a damp cloth and mild cleaning agent.

**Storage**
• Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Use a helmet bag or helmet case to protect it from dust and scratches.

**Inspection & Replacement**
• Regularly check for cracks, dents, and wear on straps and buckles.
Always replace after a fall. Generally, replace the helmet every 3-5 years, regardless of falls.

**Avoidance of Chemicals**
• Avoid contact with solvents, adhesives, and harsh cleaning agents, as these can damage the material.
